Nutzungsbedingungen / AGB für den 3D-Garagen-Konfigurator
§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung des auf unserer Website bereitgestellten 3D-Garagen-Konfigurators (nachfolgend „Konfigurator“) durch Besucher und Kunden.
§ 2 Zweck des Konfigurators
Der Konfigurator dient ausschließlich der unverbindlichen Konfiguration einer Fertiggarage und der Übermittlung dieser Konfiguration an uns zum Zweck der Angebotserstellung.
Die dargestellten Ergebnisse stellen kein verbindliches Angebot und keine technische Zusicherung dar.
§ 3 Nutzungsrechte
(1) Die Nutzung des Konfigurators ist für Besucher der Website gestattet.
(2) Sämtliche Inhalte, Berechnungen, Darstellungen, Modelle, Grafiken und der zugrunde liegende Programmcode sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.
(3) Eine Vervielfältigung, Weitergabe, Veröffentlichung, kommerzielle Nutzung, Rückentwicklung (Reverse Engineering) oder sonstige Verwertung – auch auszugsweise – ist ohne unsere ausdrückliche schriftliche Zustimmung nicht gestattet.
§ 4 Übermittlung von Konfigurationsdaten
Mit dem Absenden der Konfiguration erklärt sich der Nutzer damit einverstanden, dass die eingegebenen Daten zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage und zur Angebotserstellung gespeichert und verarbeitet werden.
§ 5 Haftungsausschluss
Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für die jederzeitige Verfügbarkeit des Konfigurators oder für die vollständige technische Umsetzbarkeit der konfigurierten Garage. Maßgeblich sind ausschließlich die Angaben im späteren schriftlichen Angebot.
§ 6 Änderungen
Wir behalten uns vor, den Konfigurator sowie diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu ändern oder den Betrieb einzustellen.
2. Kurze Datenschutzerklärung speziell für den Konfigurator
Datenschutzhinweise zum 3D-Garagen-Konfigurator
Im Rahmen der Nutzung unseres 3D-Garagen-Konfigurators verarbeiten wir personenbezogene Daten (z. B. Name, Kontaktdaten, Konfigurationsdaten).

Die Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie dies für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen bestehen.

Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an Angebotsbearbeitung).

Welcome to the 3D Garage Planner
With this planner you can configure your ideal garage in just a few minutes, view it in 3D and request a quote directly.

Basic Configuration
Select the garage type, set length, width and height, and choose a colour. The 3D view updates live.

Choose your garage gate and add doors, windows, openings or a carport attachment on the desired walls.

Review your plan in the 2D view, save it as a PDF and send your configuration directly to IBK Garagen.

Your configuration is automatically saved in the browser. Everything will still be there on your next visit.

Day / Night Mode
At the top of the 3D view you will find the lighting buttons:
☀️ Day mode: Realistic daylight with shadows
🌙 Night mode: Dark environment with interior and exterior lights activated
Quick View / Detail View
Switch between two display modes:
⚡ Quick view: Fast rendering without textures — ideal when configuring
✨ Detail view: Realistic materials, textures and shadows for a photorealistic preview
Switch to 🌙 Night mode to see lighting effects such as ceiling light, front LED and gate drive realistically.
Demo Mode
▶ Demo: Starts an automatic rotation of the garage. The garage slowly rotates around its own axis and alternates between day and night mode — ideal for viewing all sides and lighting effects.
Demo mode stops as soon as you move the mouse or click a button.
Full Screen
⛶ Full screen: Opens the 3D view in full screen mode for an immersive view of your configuration. Press Esc to exit full screen mode.
2D Plan
2D: Switches to the floor plan and section view. You will see the floor plan, front and side view with all dimensions as dimension arrows. Clicking 3D again brings you back to the 3D view.
The 2D plan shows all wall thicknesses, element positions and distances drawn to scale. Any vehicle shown can be freely repositioned with the mouse. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the view.
Select Garage Type
At the top of the left panel you select the basic type of your garage. Each type has its own configuration options.
Single Garage
Classic garage for one vehicle. One gate at the front. All sides individually configurable.
Double Garage – Two Gates
Two garages side by side, each with its own gate. You can edit Left Garage or Right Garage separately – select the corresponding button above the 3D view.
Double Garage – One Gate
Two garages one behind the other (tandem) with one common wide gate. Using the selection above you can configure the Front or Rear Garage separately.
Row Garages
Three garages side by side. Select Left, Centre or Right Garage for individual configuration.
Room Module
A closed garage unit as a modular element, e.g. for equipment storage or carport combinations.
Carport
Covered parking without closed side walls. Maximum length 700 cm, maximum width 350 cm.
For double and row garages you can edit a unit by selecting the corresponding button above the 3D view.
Set Dimensions
Under Dimensions in the left panel you set the dimensions of your garage. The displayed dimensions are approximate values (e.g. the outer width at 300 cm external dimension is approx. 298 cm).
All dimensions always apply to the individual garage, not to the entire assembly for double or row garages.

The 3D view and the 2D plan update immediately when moving the sliders — you see the effect of your dimensions in real time.
Dimensions in the 2D Plan
In the 2D plan all dimensions are automatically drawn as dimension arrows, including element positions.

Choose one of the following colour shades as the exterior colour for your garage. Further colours are available on request.

Gates
The garage gate is located on the front wall. An optional second gate can be activated on the rear wall as a passthrough.
💡 Rotate the garage to the desired side — elements are always installed on the wall currently visible at the front.
With a right-click on the gate it can be opened and closed
Gate Types
Swing Gate
Classic gate that swings upward and outward. Requires free space in front of the garage.
Sectional Gate L-rib
Modern roller gate that runs vertically into the ceiling. No free space in front of the garage needed.
Sectional Gate M-rib
Like L-rib, but with a different rib shape. No free space in front of the garage needed.
The swing gate requires free space in front of the garage to open — approximately one third of the garage length. Make sure there is enough space on your property.

Windows
A window can be installed on each side wall and the back wall. The spacing is freely adjustable. Three versions are available.

Openings
Open wall openings without window or door can be installed on the side walls and rear wall — e.g. for driveways or open garage concepts.

Side Opening
Available on the left and right side wall
Width for garage width ≥ 500 cm: 400 cm
Width for garage width < 500 cm: 340 cm
Height: 210 cm
Rear Wall Opening
Available on the rear wall
Width for garage width ≥ 280 cm: 250 cm
Width for garage width < 280 cm: 230 cm
Optionally an additional gate can be installed in the rear wall opening
Openings are fixed centred in the wall and cannot be moved. They cannot be combined with a window or door on the same wall.
Carport Attachment
A carport can be added to any wall as an extension — as a simple roof next to the garage.
💡 Rotate the garage to the desired side — elements are always installed on the wall currently visible at the front.
Length and width correspond to the garage dimensions
Maximum length: 700 cm, maximum width: 350 cm
For larger garages the carport is automatically limited to the maximum
The tall carport is 50 cm higher than the garage and protrudes 20 cm into the garage ceiling

Standard Carport
Standard height, flush with the garage ceiling.
Tall Carport
Elevated version — ideal for larger vehicles or motorhomes.
Available on the left, right, front and rear side wall
Can be combined with all openings on the same wall
The carport attachment is displayed to scale in the 3D view. You can discuss the exact dimensions with IBK Garagen in your enquiry.
Electrical Package
In the Extras & Equipment tab you configure the electrical equipment of your garage. All elements are visualised in the 3D model. For multiple garages they are applied to all units.
In visualisation mode you can switch on the ceiling light by clicking the switch. The front LED and the gate drive lighting are activated when the gate is opened.

Light switch and sockets on the left interior wall with a ceiling light.

Two-way switching
Light switchable from two positions — useful with a side door
Electric Gate Drive
Ceiling mounting of the motor unit without power connection. This must be selected separately.
Socket for Gate Drive
Single socket on the ceiling for a gate drive.
Front LED
LED strip on the exterior facade above the gate. Activated automatically when the gate is opened.
Switch to night mode (moon symbol top left) to see lighting effects such as ceiling light, front LED and gate drive realistically.
Roof Options
The flat roof of the garage can be equipped with two optional elements.
The elements are always applied equally to all garages.
Green Roof
Greening on the flat roof. A gravel edge is automatically added as drainage.
Roof Edge Profile
Continuous roof edge profile (parapet cover) in selectable colour.

Extras
In the Extras tab you add optional objects to the 3D view that help you realistically assess the space available.
Vehicles
Small car, estate, minivan, SUV – select a vehicle
The vehicle is automatically positioned sensibly in the garage.
In the 2D view the vehicle can be moved with the mouse.
You can immediately see how much space remains
Bicycle
Shows a bicycle at the rear wall – helpful for assessing the room layout.
Bin
Places a bin in the corner area of the garage.
Solar Installation
Shows 3 solar panels on the garage roof – gives a visual impression for planning discussions.
Wallbox
Shows a wallbox (charging station) on the interior wall. Ideal in combination with the electrical package.
Extras serve as visual orientation and are not part of the scope of delivery. Ask about corresponding options in your enquiry.
2D Plan
The 2D plan shows the floor plan of your garage to scale with all dimensions, wall thicknesses and installed elements.

Back to 3D view with the same button «3D»
A drawn vehicle can be moved within the garage — for a better assessment of the space available
Hover the mouse over the vehicle to display the exact vehicle dimensions
Save PDF Plan
Using the «Save plan as PDF» button at the top right you can export the floor plan as a PDF — with all dimensions, elements and the IBK logo.
The PDF plan bears the note «Non-binding draft» — only the details in the subsequent written offer from IBK Garagen are authoritative.
Request
Request Planning
Click on «Request planning» at the bottom left. Enter your contact details in the form. Your complete configuration is automatically included – you do not need to transfer anything manually.
Enter your name, email address and postal code (required fields)
Optional: Phone number, location, construction site (if different), planned construction details, and your message
Read and accept the privacy policy
Click «Send request»
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Save your configuration using the export button before sending a request – this way you also have the planning saved locally.
Export & Reset
Export Configuration
Using the «Export» button (bottom right) you save your complete configuration as a .json file on your computer. This allows you to save or share the planning at any time.
Import Configuration
Using the «Import» button you load a previously saved .json file back into the planner. All settings are restored exactly.
Undo / Redo
Undo:Ctrl + Z or button «Undo»
Redo:Ctrl + Y or button «Redo»
Up to 20 steps can be undone
Reset
The «Reset» button deletes all local settings and resets the planner to the default values. Warning: This step cannot be undone.
You can export your configuration beforehand to restore it later.
